Ø Salary:       $85,000.00 annually

Ø Full Time Position with Benefits

Ø  Position Summary: The Chief Operating Officer directly leads, supervises, manages, and coordinates the development, implementation, and physical plant of all designated aspects of administrative operations of all HAWC clinic/administrative sites; assists ED with Federal, State, and community relations. The Chief Operating Officer may, with board approval, transition to Executive Director at such time as the ED retires.

Ø  Education and Experience:  Masters Degree in Business, Finance, Health Care Management, Allied Heath, or similar and three to five years experience in medical leadership environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in community relations and human resources a plus. A CPA or MBA is preferable, with a minimum of 3 years experience in an equivalent or larger FQHC operation.
