Well-child visits are regular checkups to make sure your child is healthy and growing well.  

 

It is very important that you bring your child's vaccination records with you to your appointment!


All children should have well-child visits at these important ages:

Infants Children
Newborn 15 months
First week 18 months
1 month 2 years
2 months 3 years
4 months 4 years
6 months 5 years
9 months 6 years
1 year

 

Health screenings are procedures that health care providers use to find (or rule out) health problems.

 

Screenings for children under 6 include:
Hearing Urine
Vision Blood:
Dental

    -Sickle cell
Tuberculosis

    -Lead
